ONTO CUTTING
A type of diecutting where you diecut directly onto a hardened cutting base, like hardened tool steel. This type of cutting requires that you have a cutting press with very close height adjustments so that the die blade will match perfectly against the cutting base at the bottom of the diecutting stroke, die cutting the material being diecut and not crush or flatten out the die blade edge.
OPEN CELLED SPONGE RUBBER
A die ejection rubber which has open cells in which the air flows into and out of as the rubber is compressed in the pressesdown stroke of the cutting process.
